I'm almost done rigging this character.

Ince done will render out a few pictures and will animate a walk and run cycle

 

She's really coming out great!  

 

OK guys here's a couple of rendered images of arcee. Rendering and texturing are not my strong points yet.

Hey guys, I adjusted some of the render settings. I wasn't too pleased with the previous renders and how dark Arcee came out in the middle of the day. So I made the adjustments and I think this looks a little better. What do you guys think?

 

This is gonna sound wierd. but she looks a bit TOO shiny. If some of the parts were less reflective it would look a bit less...static. Maybe the dark pieces on the arms and legs, just a thought

 

I see what you're saying. I was playing around with the options yesterday and had no luck on the trageted areas. I will see if I can decrease the reflectivity on for those areas. If that doesn't work, I may need to give it a completely different material. will try it out later on tonight.

 

I was working on my final project for class so I figured I'd let you guys see what I've been up to.
Do to lack of time, The "faceless drone" Arcee beats up on, will eventually be a Vehicon.

Hey man! This is fantastic; the only thing that I can say is a bit off is that she seems a bit thin overall.

As for the "thin" aspect. Not sure how since I used the character sheets and everything is as exact as possible.

 

it could be due to the fact that you don't have the same shadows and dynamic lighting on her the show has. Plus being stills of action shots rather than video we have more time to study her an understand the design better
