i love armada thrust, i'm so tempted to make all of these.

 

Animated Blitzwing:

Dirge's wing-support-doohickey has a port, perfect for Bludgeon's turret.
The three faces could perhaps be painted on just one head, though only one of them would have a chin. And there's the chance of rubbing the paint off.
Ze itzy bitzy zpider krawled up ze wahter spout...

Movie Bonecrusher:

This one requires a little bit of cutting, specifically on the faceplate to give it "teeth."
There's also probably a dozen different ways to configure Bonesy's claw, some perhaps better than what is basically Scorponok's tail pictured above.

Prime Dead End:

I'd totally get glow-in-the-dark paint for the green parts.

 

I'd hate to keep repeating myself, but yeah, those three are awesome. Love how Blitzwing gets three heads.

I'm tempted to make these myself, but I'm really not confident in my painting skill, especially at that small scale. That, and I'm not sure I have paints appropriate for toys.
I do hope Reprolabels and Shapeways and the like catch on to Kreon customization. Well, I guess Kreon customization itself would have to catch on first...

Anyways, Signal Lancer! Hooray obscure non-vehicular/bestial Transformers!

He takes a bit more liberties than the others given his helmet, signal-shoulder-pads, and lance aren't easily replicated with current parts. Not to mention his green light needed to actually be green. Speaking of the green, I can't help but think there needs to be another spot of it, given how the red and yellow lights are echoed in the head, but where to put it?

Bantor - He was all mandrill before Ratchet put a tiger in his tank!

Slight mod: the helmet is Bludgeon/Vehicons' with the 'chinstrap' snipped off.
I seriously hope the beast-head can actually be held by/attached to the hand somehow.

Buzzclaw - Colors EVERYWHERE

Like Waspinator, "bald" is better than any of the available helmets.
I'm not sure how well it reads, but the mantis head is made up of Spinister/Scorponok's chest piece (the eyes) with a ramp-type block on top (the red/orange part), while the mandibles are merely painted on the chest.

Kreons really need more beast parts...

Bantor is pretty cool...but Buzzsaw is absolutely delicious.

Can I just say, these look totally rad, dude. I really like the bold lines and the stylistic nature of them. I really wish these Kreons were real - I'd pick 'em up in a heartbeat! Stay awesome!

 

These are awesome, especially Signal Lancer!   If only Hasbro could make more Kreons like these.

I keep considering making a template drawing so I can get more of these done faster, but I'm having too much fun with these wild poses.

The chainsaw-hand comes the "Alien Commander" from the Battleship Kreons, which have a lot of interesting parts I hope get carried over to the TF line. "Combat Diver" could easily be straight repainted as Sea Spray.
