for some odd reason,breakdown kinda reminds me of the mad grinder from megaman 7.

 

I like the design, but the car looks a little unfinished. Lower left side, the purple should be wider and maybe lower. He reminds me of a steamroller for some reason, so I definitely wouldn't want to run against him.

I foresee that one will be RotF Sideswipe like with two and the other is gonna be some sort of robo-centaur with four.

Personally I'd like to see a four-legged robot with a humanoid upper torso out of one of these guys myself, but I don't know if that's the route Noise is going to take.

Anyways, it seems that Breakdown got over his paranoia...

Not familiar with Megaman. I looked him up though, and yeah they do look alike.  

Yeah, I see what you're saying. I tend to rush through vehicle modes; I did it in about an hour. I'll go back and tinker with it some more.

Rewind is right about the number of wheels - but incorrect on how I'm going to use those wheels - on one guess, and pretty much dead right on the other guess. You'll know which one next week.

Not afraid, but still a little paranoid. He thunks people are insulting him or plotting against him, but instead of just worrying about it he goes out and beats them. If you've watched Breaking Bad, think of someone similar to Tuco.

Alright. No Stunticon this week. I've been working on how I'm going to do the backgrounds for the comic. I'm considering making the backgrounds cartoon-like or else semi-realistic. I could do either, but I'm leaning towards cartoony. I think it'd fit the style of the Transformers better.

Anyways, I did make a quick model. He's not as detailed as most of the others, though.

I really like it, even though it doesn't scream laserbeak.

 

I have to disagree. Its a more dragon-y Laserbeak, but it looks really awesome. I like it.

Edit- Also, Breakdown I think is my least favorite, if only because in Robot Mode he looks the least transformed of all the Stunticons.

 

Ringwraith dragon Laserbeak? Awesome! Only concern is that I have no idea what he will transform into.

 

Something about this one screams "Evangelion" to me.

Glad you like him. Yeah, sometimes I go too far when I'm reinventing characters. I want them to be fresh, but still recognizable. It's a fine line.

I was definitely going for a dragon look for him. I remember that when we first saw DOTM Laserbeak, a lot of people were're saying that he looked like a dragon. Turns out movie LB was more vulture than dragon, but that was what gave me the idea.

And don't worry, they'll be a Soundwave.  

I see what you're saying about Breakdown. He does look the least transformed, with the giant backpack of unbroken vehicle kibble and everything.

Haha, thanks. I didn't really have any vehicle in mind while designing him, so I guess he doesn't have one.

Ooh, I'm likin' your take on Laserbeak! What does he turn into, if anything? Also: I think Breakdown could work a bit better if his back transformed to reveal a pair of cannons and the green was changed to blue.

Also also: Motormaster's crotch mandibles. Ahem...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!

 

Thanks.   Laserbeak doesn't really have an alt. mode, unfortunately. I'd give him one, but I think if he had any kibble it'd ruin his sleek profile.

As for Breakdown, good idea. I think I will give him cannons. And I did a blue version of him, but I didn't think it looked as good as the green. I'll upload it later, though, to see what you thin of it.

Alright, here's the next guy: Drag Strip. I did two versions of him: one with more classic clors, and one in a new color scheme. Which one do you like better?

He transforms into a rat rod with huge back tires, for some reason. I downloaded the exposed engine, so that wasn't modeled be me.

Only one more Stunticon left! And yeah, he'll be centaur-ish.

A retro car instead of an F1 racer? Interesting choice, I can dig it. Maybe he was ordered to scan it so that his teammates could keep up with him. That's what I'd do, anyway, you can make up your own stories.

As for the colours, I think something half-way between would work. The "classic" colours are too garish, but the new colours are a bit too dull. And I'm all for happy mediums between conflicting portrayals and crap.

 

Really cool. Not sure if intentional, but his alt mode (RAT rod) and the way he uses his wheels make makes me think of BM rattrap. I agree with ThaConqueror on the colors, keep the basic yellow and purple scheme, but dull them so they don't look garish. 

 

...Is it wrong that I imagine Drag Strip going into the occasional coughing fit, hacking up smog in the process?
