Bored. Tried to draw this from memory: comics Bumblebee doodle

I liked his new head design! And then they reverted back to his old look for the MTMTE comics, which is still cool.

So I've received a commission to draw Ironhide from the Bayformer movies, but with the refs I can find online, I'm still not too sure on how to draw his legs. Can anyone here lend a hand, or am I SOL? D:

In what way 'not sure'? You mean pose? What you have there is pretty good. I'd be happy with it. Although perhaps an alternative that wouldn't mean changing too much might be to have the leg nearest the woman straight instead of bent and going behind her. Depends if you want the two to clash at all. But it could also tie the pair of them together a little better, and show the differences in size. You might have to mode the woman down and to the centre a bit to do that though.

Will they be sat on a red and white chequered picnic blanet?

If you mean you're not sure of the details though, even with references found online, then you may just have to fudge it. If you can't find the right details online then whoever you're doing the artwork for probably won't either.

@Ginger: Actually I was talking about the kibble and makeup of his legs, but hey, I'll take anything I can get! The request was for 2nd-movie Ironhide having tea with a little girl, so I'm doing my best to fit a giant robot into a seated position. Also, I'd rather not have the two figures meeting; Ironhide is complicated enough as it is without his detail overwhelming the girl figure (who needs to be redrawn, she's just doodled in there for size comparison). But I think you're right, I'll just have to fudge it! Thanks for the input!

Will you be posting the finished piece here or does the commission nature of this mean that it technically won't be yours to make public once completed?

Also, forgot to mention: I'm liking the earlier Bumblebee doodle.

Mostly OCs, three canon guys. No pairings, no slash, plenty of violence and assholery, G1.
