Hasbro reject

When I was a kid I designed and submitted Transformes to Hasbro, truly thinking that maybe theyd pick one to produce.
For some reason I thought a series of inanimate transforming musical instruments was a great idea at the time, and I designed the "Rockabots".
Hasbro had the decency to send them back with a pretty nice rejection form letter, which I always appreciated.
I wanted to recreate one of the robots based on my design from when I was 9, only updated. This is Hi-Hat, the transforming drum set. Still havent figured out why that would be useful...but screw it.

That would be great for a TFA Rumble/Frenzy.

I'm seeing more soundwave minjuns here. I really like it, though, honestly, not sure how practical it would/could be.....
maybe have it more a percussion machine instead of a standard set?

Thanks guys!
I agree, its totally impractial, and based off of an 1985 design...An electronic drum set could be cool as well.
The other guys in the set were two flying V guitars that turned into one robot, like a Duocon almost.
Someone told me that in a recent Transformers incarnation Laserbeak was a guitar?

Animated.

And Ratbat was a "Keytar"

Id bet after they realized what a cash cow tfs were they have a bot and con for everything under the sun at least in a developmental stage.
