If you are interested in injection molding ABS as another option let me know. I might be able to help there.

I the think best options for offering the kits are as follows:

    Shapeways:
Cannon Only: Just the main gun wi/ alt-mode mount & front peg.
Cannon & Sword/Bracer: The whole kit

    DT/PG Workshop:
Cannon Only: Just the main gun wi/ alt-mode mount & front peg.
Cannon & Sword/Bracer: The whole kit

We should have some pricing estimates for these options in the next few days.
    So stay tuned.

To put your name on the "Want" list please post here:
TFP EOD: D16-A interest list. in Public Forum Forum

Also some folks here have posted interest in helping see this project get a more affordable
and timely release. If you have skills and/or a workshop that you think can help with faster
and more economic production of small kits like the EOD series please post here:

I am definitely in for an assembled/painted whole kit (DT/PG Workshop). Any ETA for DT/PG Workshop version and what country will it be shipping from?

We are HQ'd in the US, we can ship pretty much anywhere as needed.
To be clear Shipping is not included in the product's price.

I know that seems redundant, but some folks can be rather presumptive
    in such matters.

I am really stoked by the support and interest and we are hoping to have
more solid pricing info this coming Monday (9th).

Very cool. It's just sad and pathetic that Hasbro couldn't even get this right.

    Thanks, glad you like it.

What's odd is that the Voyager Megs has a lot of stuff going on in the
design that makes think he was a FE design they at the last minute "fixed"
and saddled with a "less than stellar" weapon/clockwork horror.

My take on this is: If two guys (Me and Tom) with a budget of "20 labor
hours" can get this done to my finnicky standards... Lets just say things
have gotten "unfocussed" at the top at Hasbro's TF department.

    FWIW.
They are still making some damned fine product in the TF line but it just
seems like they are doing so grudgingly with regard to their home territory.
It took them how long to release anything TFP at all? Like a year?
and then the US gets stiffed on half of it. I could go on.

My point is I have the figure this kit helps restore. I am very pleased the
basic figure's design, clear purple and all. But good lord did they trip
on their own... protuberances when it came to his gun. The cestus claw
thing is pretty tight, but that cannon is just awful. With that said,
RID Poweriser prime's gun makes Meg's cannon look "Screen Accurrate".
    Prime's gun is simply terrible!

I will own one of these... no matter the cost.

Seriously though, I can't believe the complaints about cost. You're essentially talking about hand crafted custom pieces here. The prices don't seem at all unreasonable given the scale of production.

Thanks guys, for all your hard work so far. Can't wait to get the full blown version.
