Jack Roush. Builds racing engines for Ford. Mostly for NASCAR, as far as I know they've never done anything like an entire car. I think any "civilian" getting there hands on a Roush motor is a bit suspect. "Yeah my cousin's friend's girlfriend's uncle knew a guy who owned a tow truck at Talladega,,,, yadda yadda yadda,,,, And that's why my ElCamino's got a real Roush motor in it!" Spoiler and if you were paying attention you'd notice that Roush builds Fords but an ElCamino is a Chevy, it's POSSIBLE to make it work, but it just ads to the BS factor. I didn't screw it up that was intentionally part of the joke.
2011 Roush Mustang 5XR theyve been around for quite a few years now. and theres a 2012 version coming out too. heres the site http://www.roushperformance.com/vehicles/
I thought the Rouch stang motor was just a tuned 5.0 or the engine out of the GT500 with some bling? I guess it depends on what the customer supply's them with I guess both in terms of stock car and money as for RUF I would not class them like AMG as their is a big point being made that outside of starting life as 911's RUF cars are rebuilt from the ground up using their own parts and should be seen as unique going as far as to design their own engines to use over the typical flat 6.
you always want more.... been busy at work all year. thinking about finishing some designs and maybe doing new ones. Porsche pack will be bought soon and possibly the 65 VW Bug....
