Thank you. I'm modeling the shield after DOTM. It's really hard to see in the movie so I cannot quote it being 100% accurate. Plus, compromises will always need to be made when making a toy-sized object. On the ax, thank you. I had not planned on making any parts transparent. It just starts to make items costly very fast.

Finishing up the back side, which includes attaching some of the wing-like pieces and making sure everything is hollowed out for cost.

very smart folding feature. I was looking at it on my phone earlier, and couldn't find the folding mechanism. Now that I am at my PC, I can see it clear as day. How tight of a fit will it be? Will it be a friction rotation so it doesn't flop around?

Good thoughts on the cost consideration, too.

Thanks guys! The folding should be pretty tight, but I also created tabs to hold the shield open.

Also got the swords today. There were two pieces that should have been attached and weren't. I can't see anything about the model that would have caused this. Nevertheless I will make a few tweaks to model and it should be good to go.

As a thank you for the support from this site I'm offering them without markup until Saturday night, March 3rd. The materials I'm offering is the Strong, Flexible. If someone wants FUD or FD I can open that up, but frankly the price is high and the strength of the material is not awesome.

Cleanup
I've found with peg holes in WSF there will be residual powder that will need to be cleaned out for the pegs to sit in. Also, there always seems to be a bit of variance in what was modeled to the print. In my sample the pegs for the hilts are VERY tight, which is good because I can sand.

All of the hilts fit very well and I'm pleased with how this turned out. Thanks again everyone and let me know if you have any questions.
