Can if I could make a suggestion, make Megatron's Red Prime arm along with the dark star sapre for Voyager Megatron.

 

Just placed my next shapeways order, it is almost entirely your stuff. I was planning a much more massive order but then I added up the prices for that and omg. The high startup price for FUD is obvious when trying to order one of everything in the "out of ammo" thread. So it is mostly hands and a few Seismii. Most of the hands are going to recipients they are not intended for, so I'll try to take pictures of how they turn out.  

 

I've just received word from Shapeways that an order was canceled because of production issues. Apparently models such as TFP Megatron's fusion cannon, TFP Dreadwing's blaster and Knockout's set tend to break when printed in Detailed material. I suspect it's because the sprues snap when the Shapeways guys are trying to clean them. Nothing wrong with the main pieces, but I think they do not like having to track down all the loose pieces.

I have removed most of the Detailed options from these models. And to the guy with the cancelled order, I want to apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused. Do let me know if you need any assistance from me.

The Thugmeister​

This was done in response to the release of FOC voyager Soundwave figure and to the many requests for me to create a larger version of the Thugger mini figure. Besides, I suddenly have a wealth of source material to reference from, and I had a jolly good time making the Thugmeister look as accurate as possible.

Indeed, it seems like I have come a full circle my friends. When I modelled the Thugger, it was one of my earliest attempts at this and it shows. The Thugmeister is a culmination of what I have learnt from the past 1 1/2 years to put in a rendition of one of my favourite characters.

The Thugmeister is made larger, with much sturdier joints and sensitive allowances that I hope will work more reliably with the fluctuations in Shapeways material. It is designed to be compatible with cyberverse/legends figures as well, with a plethora of 3mm pegged weapons and compatible hands to hold them. The Kablammers and back guns are detachable.

I hope you guys will like it as much as I did working on this one!

The Thugmeister will be tested comprehensively before release.

Glad for an unsized thugger for the new soundwave voyager, bc honestly otherwise I'd not be being the figure. Your designs a just better.

Now to be selfish.....any chance we will ever get an unsized smashmaster seismus to better fit voyager class figures? Especially the new Magnus? Bc that's just an awesome little figure that I need.

One more suggestion for Deluxe Airachnid, better Spider legs that work as Rotor Blades in vehicle mode and Legs in "Spider Mode".
Also better hands would help.

Thugmeister Fierier is a crazy whirlwind of a warrior, and he's comes not only with a Electro-zapper
and a pair of vicious Drillers, he is armed with a permanent rictus of a grin that only the truly unhinged will possess.





Thugmeister Ribber is a vagrant, a lout and a thief. He particularly enjoys tripping up his opponents
so he can clamber up on them and crack their nuts.

Shown with him here is a pair of Kablammers that he likes to use. He can either hold onto them via
their 3mm handles tonfa-style, or he can replace his entire forearms with them.​

So at this point I'm going to put them under testing and once that is done I'll release the goodies to you. My tentative plan is to release them in 3 sets consisting of:

The Thugmeister
1 Thugmeister minifigure
2 back cannons

The Thugmeister (Fierier variant)
1 Thugmeister minifigure with crazy face
2 back cannons
2 Drillers
1 Zapper

Kablammers
1 pair of Kablammers

Guess what? I am as excited about them as you are. I can't wait for them to come in!

Unrelated to things I am attempting to ignore...

Ariel, I R sad. I kinda wish I hadn't bought 3 version 1 assault rifles. Sideswipes gun is so comically large that I wanted to simply ignore it and give him one of the assault rifles but it won't stay in his hand...   And the Photon Burst Rifle can't close completely around his hand either, so the FoC Burnout I'll be making isn't using his gun properly. I'm not expecting you to fix these issues, just lamenting. Wah, I can't even find a good place to store Burnouts sword on the Sideswipe body.
