Oh no, not really for cost issues. By the look of things, even with profits earned it's not going to be much more expensive than comparable 3rd party figures like the PE guys.

I've mentioned my reasons before earlier in this thread but I'll repeat it here. I don't want to design a figure that has no use in alt mode or exists for no purpose at all (looking pretty on a shelf is a noble cause but not what I'll describe as 'purpose'. The large cassette mode will never fit into any existing figure and there's no real interaction with any other figure.

If I ever do a large sized Soundwave minion it has to transform into something that makes sense. If not a cassette, then a cybertronian alt mode or weapons platform.

In a way Daim is right, I'm not ready to release him yet.

Well, at least we have SMASHMASTER coming out soon... Snitch and some other awesome stuff.... My list is now too big... I need to get them ordered soon...
Now, SMASHMASTER might be a good deal to upscale for Leader figures.

Ok, thanks. Now that you mention it when I pulled on out it felt like it could break. But oh well, I'll just be careful. And maybe I will get an extra pair with my next order, just in case.

*points at Thugger's third mode as a missle pod; my Thuggers spend most of their time in this mode since only one cassette can fit in Soundwave at a time and I have five of the buggers* Perhaps if you took the scaled-up version and added a 5mm post, maybe a 3mm clip or two somewhere, to make the missle battery the primary mode? Perhaps the guns/pseudo-slammers could plug into the existing shoulder-ports and make the whole thing a double-barrelled blaster?
