Totally. Before Floro Dery got hold of them, they were just normal Seekers; the only differences were the wings and weapons; the bodies (including the heads) were the same mould as Screamer and co. Just look at their packaging/Tech Spec art.
Really? I didn't know that. To be honest, I always thought having their heads as cones was pretty ridiculous, so knowing that, I'm quite pleased.

I agree, though, I always thought the coneheads looked ridiculous, and even more so when you tried to do it with the toy. I've always been one to reference toys before the cartoon anyway.
A good photo editing software, like GIMP or Photoshop, a selection tool, hue/saturation, color balance, and patience.
And remembering to make use of the layers. They're an extremely handy tool; you can use a Colour layer to change the hue while keeping the tones underneath the same, you can use Multiply and Screen layers to respectively darken and lighten the colours. Play with layer options and opacities a lot.

G1 Starscream, I might do him if I have time and got nothign better to do. Slipstream's a chick... so I dunno. Movie colors? I'm not sure. I might do an alt mode digi and put the tattoo's on there.
i know slip is a chick , but c´mon everybody know thath tf prime starscream somehow looks femmenine so i think it will work XD
