No, I mean have a connecter point where it is now and also have one on the bottom so it can be connected like it is now, but also have the option to have it come straight out like the animated blazing lockdown. It can still come out the front in vehicle mode. Do you understand?

The one I purchased came out great. I ordered it in white, strong and flexible. Incredible detail. I did lose a fingertip while I was cleaning the flashing (from the parts, not me). They are very tiny, detailed, fingers and it snapped at the detailed joint, near the tip. I should have been more careful. I haven't placed them on the figure yet since I need to find another since I already modded my original. Excellent design and production.

    Great work Cashanova

Let me know if you attach them since that's more what I'm concerned about. I've seen a few floating around walmart, so you might want to check there.

Tonight I noticed that the rubber claw had enough give to be de-pinned wirh zero effort so I decided to pop it off and dry-fit the new system.

While I haven't painted or re-pinned the new parts yet, I have to say that this set is a MUST-OWN for anyone that gets a ROTF Lockdown! They just look TOO cool!

    A couple of caveats:

You'll need to drill-out the pin-hole on the arm-nub, as the rendered hole doesn't come out fully-bored.

I would STRONGLY recommended not putting any paint or any other finish on the groove or tab for the nub or any of the attachments. It's a very tight fit, and the WSF material likes to grip to itself. In fact I've not slotted any of the attachments on past about 85% of the way for fear of not being able to slide them back apart.

Other than that (and wishing there was someplace to store the "spare parts" a la Trapjaw's belt ;)  ) I could not be more pleased with this purchase and Cashanova's excellent design work!

Shapeways is just the best thing to ever happen to kitbashing fandom!

Thanks for the update man, so glad you like it.

I just wish shapeways material was a little smoother. Maybe one day.

Ok The Mk3 kit is up.

Consisting of a replacement for the rubber hand, wrist socket, Interchangable hand, interchangable claw and now a chainsaw with 2 connection points.

I've had to shorten the exhausts on the new chainsaw so it can slide onto the wrist.

This will have to be the last request for a while, I just don't have time to try and please everybody.

I love this thing, but I've gotta say, that's a hefty price. I think you could probably lessen that quite a bit if you flattened out the arrangement(like your Hook heads), then you wouldn't need as much support material. Don't know how much that would reduce the cost, as I'm only just starting to look into Shapeways, but this certainly looks awesome. Got a prototype for yourself yet?

As far as I know shapeways dont charge for support material and I've hollowed out af much as I can. I cant see this set getting any cheeper.

Hopefully I'll be ordering one with a Punch Counter Punch kit in the new year.

Huh, impressive if that's so. I'd assume that means it's water soluble or something
