Frenzy & Rumble colored

Decided to do a quick digibash of Frenzy and Rumble using the picture recent revealed:

New G1 Rumble/Frenzy prototype?

I'm hoping it turns out to be an official product, as it does look like it is. If it is, it'll be interesting to see if any of the other cassette designs get similar updates, and what repaints they'll get. Hopefully this means that a new Soundwave figure is in the works.

that was fast, how long ago did we find out about the prototype/custom?

Sweet! I like it, but man would be awesome to see them with their piledrivers. Now that would be cool and nostalgic as hell.

It was first posted on here at 8:41 this morning, and I didn't see it till about 10:34 this morning, so I had this finished and up in less than an hour after seeing it. It didn't take all that long to do either. Longest part was separating the figure from the background. Which would have been much easier if the figure and the background weren't the same color.

Thanks. The piledrivers would definitely be nice. Though personally, I'll be happy enough if this is an official product. I'm not too worried, but still, with how complex and good looking some fan-made TF's have gotten, it's starting to get a little difficult to tell the difference between official and fan-made.

I wonder if they'll transform into tapes, I can kinda see how the transformation might work.

I had some spare time to do it, so I figured I might as well before someone beat me to it.

I can see how the transformation might work too, but the more I look at it, the more I think that it won't transform into a tape. It's one of those things we'll have to wait and see.

Though even if he didn't do it, I still wouldn't, tbh.

I wasn't going for G1 accuracy, and personally, I like the way I did them. As for the chest, I originally had it gold, but black looks much better imo.

Because I wanted it to be black. G1 accuracy wasn't my goal with these digibashes, tbh, and I think they look good the way they are.
