Like the Lockdown I submitted not too long ago, this is a fanfic design, which ALSO features heavy inspiration from the TF Heroes concept with a dash of Armada (Sideways to be exact). He's a Cyberninja and also may be part of Cybertron Defense, the planet's personal law enforcement.

More of them little staffs. In Prowl's case, they're like nightsticks. And yes - the head may need some work.
