Actually, he's French. The monocle stays just because he actually looks creepy (and unlike himself) without it. XD

Dude, these are fantastic, I love them. Excellent job, and very clever inspirations (listing your inspirations for each is definitely a nice touch).

I think Perceptor is my favorite.... that bone-beige and muted purple look nice and creepy together.

Oh, and French Blitzwing = brilliant. I feel like he should have a slightly altered name, though, that replaces the "Blitz" with something more French. Nothing's coming to mind, though....

EDIT: What about Détentewing? Ya know, with "détente" being a war-related French term, and meaning more or less the opposite of a "blitz." Okay, it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, but still....
