My suggestion for you is, if Fugitive Waspinator (pre-Predacon form) had a human form, then I would consider him as a short boyish teen with a green and purple punk outfit: lime green spiky hair, green leather clothes, and purple shoes, not to mention his pupiless purple eyes, which indicated that he is crazy. Autobots traditionally have blue eyes and Decepticons have red eyes. Anyhow, if you really have the chance, please draw him in color as a fan art in 2D style.
