Having seen Naruto, I can see this piece being on the humorous side. Your anatomy is good, but you need more work on proportions. Like the hands, the details are drawn very good, but their both too big. The major problem I do see is the left collar/shoulder. Its too low compared to the right shoulder. One thing you can always try doing when drawing humans is trying out the pose yourself in front of a mirror. It helps figure out anatomy and proportions better. Out of everything in your drawing, the face and hair are really great! Keep up the good job.  | |

their are flaws but I'm sure you know it. mainly with her right arm and left leg they kinda look broken.
If you want a tip to make sure arms turn out the right size and going in the right direction I have one. Draw the shoulder (keep in mind the collier bone) and then draw the hand. then place the elbow keep in mind how long the arm is and the direction the hand is going. Then just connect them up as for the shape of the muscles that depends on the character. | |
