Decepticon Unit Roadrunner... 
Not many Decepticons fully understand WHY some of their fellow warriors choose to partake in the roadrunner outfit; it takes a special brand of masochism to fuel a decepticon warrior so aggressive. He'll get in your personal space, most definitely. 
He may only have one alt. mode, and a slow one at that, but Roadrunner is a versatile weapon of ass-whoop. His main wheel barrel compresses into a doom-wheel of traction, superfast-like. His carapace is of the most hardened alloy. Using the two rear wheels, he can project any fragment of matter caught on his back at really annoying speeds. 
THerefore roadrunner will deflect your attack... he will then roll maniacly towards you... he'll then launch himself at you... crush you with his invincible back... then... just to be an a$$hole.. he'll propel all the bits of what he's crush that remains on his back at all of your friends. 
Because Roadrunner is so multitalented, one major cutback had to be made as per his design; he is incredibly front-weak. Because of this, Roadrunner, when he is not attacking, is usually found holding a make-shift shield of somesort... be it Decepticon armaments, a concrete wall... or the fresh corpse of an Autobot. |

I like the compressed wheel drum idea, but it's gonna be quite a daunting task, isn't it? Especially if you're gonna make a toy out of it.

A joke, of course, to Time Warner's plans to cap roadrunner customer's bandwidths with ridiculously low caps (5 gigs a month!). Which would be a horrible thing, which means it'd be perfect for a Decepticon.
Designwise, good stuff.
