WIP- Movie Contest

I don't have a name for these guys so far, but they're the initial sketches of my entry for the contest. The slim one with the wheel feet is a 67 mustang gt (Wheels). The stocky one next to the slim one is a 1970 charger ala Fast and the Furious (Gimli). The upside down one, and the wide one by itself is a 65 GTO convertible (Hoveround). And yeah, those names are just place holders.

My basic concept was that each bot brings something different to the table. Wheels is fast, and has two swords strapped to his back. Gimli is the powerhouse, and fights with an enormous axe. Hoveround then provides the aerial support.

For the combined mode, Wheels forms the torso, Gimli the arms, and Hoveround the legs. The combined mode has a huge broadsword, rocket/wheel feet, a big chest cannon, and forearm blades. In all of the modes, the hands turn into guns.
