Neat. You kinda gave him his build from the old G1 toy. Big bulky forearms. Very nice job on the overall design. Yeah, I can just see the fans now, going into a nerd rage over the lack of light up robo ears.
I was going to do Wheeljack. Yours is better than mine. I guess I should do a new one. I hope they see this one and say it's going to be in the movie.
Interesting, the head really does resemble Wheeljack, minus the lightbar "ears". Seems a little on the bulky side, but a good piece of art nonetheless.
ah, based off of the saab, as originally rumored. love the little details that really accentuate the scientist, like the pouches on his hip. also love the arm. the tire and the engine/gun really create a solid and complete arm. i'm just ramblin on, but it's awesome.
I was just thinking about how you said your Wheeljack design sort of resembled the Twins, and I thought this up for a possible bio. Wheeljack, being the mad scientist that he is, actually CREATED the Twins on accident. The way I thought it out was that he was trying to create a bot in his image, like a clone or something, but he accidently split the spark in half, explaining why each twin has only one bulky arm and why the faces look deformed. I thought it was a cool little way to explain how the Twins could actually be "related", and it sort of gives you an idea of what Wheeljack is all about. If you like this idea and you plan on making more of an in-depth bio, feel free to use it.
