making my version of Tidal Wave for the Nhizzi contest, figured id post some stuff here for constructive criticism and whatnot. its a WIP (i hope its ok to post here, first time Fanart here) so make of it what you will-starting off with just the head design for now-hope ya like and i dont get too chewed up here-its MSPaint, so sorry for the crapiness of it. figured id take a chance though, ya know? 7/4/09:HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!! anyways...
I'm pretty much done! still need to do detailing on the deck pieces, and add his little plane-missiles, but ya-this is TIDAL WAVE!!!
actually, im posting 2 different versions-one with a high head, one with a low head, just cause im having trouble picking.   Two Updates in one Day!10/2/09 Check it out! |

I like the trident-stylee spear-crown thingamy but think it's a bit more TFA than movie.
(Specifically, I don't think the movie has the sort of humour that would have touches of Neptune on a giant sea robot monster.) |

News Credits: 2 | i had just been thinking about that myself actually-its more suppoed to be like pieces of metal jutting up, a bit like on Megatron's final movie head, but it came out looking trident-ish. but its a work in progress, hopefully when its all done it'll look better
