Thats is sharp man, well done. Are you trying to model him more towards Universe, as he has alot more detail? That said he still looks as though he'd be at home in animated.

Basically what I'm doing with the "ReAnimated" drawings is drawing the animated designs to fit in more with my own 'regular' style. Trying to weed out the things I don't like about the Animated style (exagerated deformations/perspective and overly simplistic) and try to bring it in line more with other lines, such as Universe, yeah. I mean the transformations themselves are complex enough, but I lean more towards the 'Don Figueroa school' of TF art where it comes to stylation.
