Thought I'd share my first non-3d art piece, a take on an Animated version of Nightbird, only I decided to give her a new design with homages to the G1 version as that's how most TFA characters are. Her Alt mode is a small Helicopter of some kind and she does have a battle mask that resembles her G1 face, both of which I'll draw up later.
No real backstory atm cause she's going to be a side character in SeishinKibou's story about her OCC Wildwarp, so details about Nightbird are up to her. All I can really say is she's a ninja and a Decepticon Assassin.

Two things strike me as a little odd. First, I'd raise and pinch her waist in a little more so her silhouette matches Blackarachnia/Elita/Arcee more. I'd also re-think her head/hair design. I can see what you were going for, but the part in the middle is a bit too strong and looks like she got a bad haircut. | |

Great work NoenGaruth. I was expecting a face plate though, maybe her battle mask? I think the eyes and the arms could do with some work.

Also about the comments on the faceplate, I'm giving her a battle mask that will cater for it, decided to not go with a permanent one and gave her a normal face in the same way Optimus only has his faceplate in battle.
