WIP for Ironhide2005's project (Sorry for all the delays IH!) Legs are sillouetted cuz I (at the last minute) decided I wanted them to look a little different... I still included the side-view of what they would have looked like... I forgot to bring the designs for Ravage and Lazer beak to work with me today, they will be added tomorrow. Hope you guys can understand the transformation... (The arm/leg specifically) The whole top cab does a 180, then the front crest is facing backward. Then it folds under (and lays against the bottom part between chicken legs... Top cab is the legs and feet (flip out and spin 180)... The arm/leg thing is pointed out. and the half-circles (rib area) is the swivel that the cab rotates on (its faux and splits and pulls up)... LEGS COMING TOMORROW (He looks so incomplete, SORRY)
Nice! I especially like the look of his legs in robot mode. Though, I have to admit I'm not a fan of the rivet details on his robot chest. But that's just me. ^_^
That's quite good. Part of me hopes Soundwave is a Cybertronian machine in Transformers 2 though, it would just be repetitive.
Thanks, yea I just added the rivets cuz it was so plain, but they will be removed for the final works (it kinda clashes with the sleakness in alt mode)... I just got photoshop 7.0 but i lost the code it install it... When I have it innstalled I plan to have much more presentable work and designs (in color!!!)
REALLY happy you like it, I'll try to keep up the work. After Cosmos (my 1st ever attempt at "creating" a TF) I was worried that this one would be as good. Hope it was worth the wait brother! As mentioned, the ravage/laserbeak art will be up tomorrow... I'll work on legs for SW tonight and update the image... Im as excited about these as you and cant wait to finalize the rest and post!
Good luck with setting up Photoshop, and can't wait to see the color scheme. With all the panels and details on this guy, it'll be cool to see what you do with a finished colored piece. Kudos!
