Okay I spawned this with a way for micheal to fill a way in on how TidalWave could enter the storyline! Maybe at one point the autobots accidently drop the "allspark" in the ocean near the phillipines, when it makes its way to the depths and lands right on top of the yamato! I thought seeing as how it was the biggest battle ship ever conceived in terms of firepower, it would fir Tidal perfect!!! I made sure I got the details right. And what better way to celebrate TFTM designs then making a cool ENG character into a massive behemoth of a battleship! Here he is enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!! http://img292.imageshack.us/img292/3544/tidalwaveos4.jpg Commentz >.<
Lol, your literacy is intruiging...........oops joking Yea, One of my fav eng chars. I only would hope that he make it into live action because i would crap myself if he did
Simply gorgeous; I'd love to see a character like Tidal Wave in the movie because without mass shifting, he'd be gigantic!
Well if you look at a pic of the yamato, the way I made him he transforms by breaking in half, the same way SS does in the movie. And that way, the parts have a defnite way of getting to their respected places. What would excite me the most is letting those chest cannons have at any bot instalment lol ^^ BOOM!!
Interesting, you opted to incorporate things that remind of Tidal Wave. That alone would not get it accepted. Though the X-legs and the disjointed arms are prolly alien enough. >_> (sarcasm towards movie, not towards poster )
My favorite part is the tiny little human by his foot. Truth be told, I'd love something like this to raise the stakes in the sequel rather than a combiner, because you only have to intro one character, not five or six. Great work!
Yea that does seem pretty plausible. Of course by the size I dont think their would be alot of TFs needed "movie wize to make a devistator. But who knows.
Bay should hire you for the sequal. You handle the balance between the movie asthetics and character homage perfectly.
I wish that were the case, sadly Iam sure I would snap under the preasuer known as bayfuruizm. If he had said one bad thing about the designs I prolly would go off the deep end and give him one to the nose. but it could bee a good thing. I would be able to offer the fan base alnong with new comers that fresh?oldschool look we have wanted for some time. We are getting a little of it, but not as much as we'd hoped.
I wish it was about realism! If anything, these arn't realistic robots as they suck engineering wise... None of them are practical or can do what they're 'designed' to do effectively. :/ Evolved to adapt to the environment my ass. (I wish they had, but they haven't, they're artistic concepts, they're not workable engineering concepts). Metal fatigue, moments, hands > claws, energy consumption, corrosion, dust, weight distribution, protective armour, realistic space traveling, realistic alt and bot mode reformating >>> Bayformers. Realism ftw, Bayformers ftl. Heck G1 did some of those things better and G1 did a lot of odd stuff. MPs/Alternators rule. Tbh. Unfortunately anyone who likes/accepted Bayformers will use those arguments only in favour of and will dub it whining if you're complaining about them with regards to the Bayformers... A very large double standard.
It's a little thing called HOLLYWOOD REALISM. It's what you get when you have to make a movie compelling to Average Joe, who is A) most of the time an idiot and B) thinks Transformers are just kid's toys. Plus, it doesn't exactly help that the Transformers themselves don't look quite alien. It would have been nice to have more recognizeable characters, but hey, I've had a long time to accept that Transformers is an everchanging property, and that this is nothing new. As for the complaining bit: I hate that too. To many 'likers' lump all haters together, when there are noticeable differences between the two.
Glad you liked it I think I may do some coloring....but Iam going to do some color testing before I do anything that I think will make it...To Grey
