I feel like this doesn't belong here, but I'm not sure where else to post this where it will be seen by artists...
I have a drawing that was done for me 20 years ago. It's really cool and I want to eventually frame it. As a 7-year-old it was finished, but now at 27 it's hardly complete (but still very good!)... it was honestly just a family friend who did a quick sketch for me, but as the subject matter still means a lot to me and it's incredibly good, I would love to see it finished.

I would go back to the original artist, but I'm afraid her name is long buried in the past and I cannot decipher her signature... I have no idea where to even start looking for her. So I'm here looking for an artist who would be willing to finish the piece for me as a commission   The only thing I am dead set on is that the medium be colored charcoal. Does anybody work in that media, or does anybody here have friends I could contact, or is there like a place I can go? I just don't know who else to ask  

Here is the piece thus far... it's the size of a medium poster (15"x18" roughly?), and the subject matter is Mars Attacks!
