His name is Zeus.  
Back when I was creating Zeus in on of my character design classes we had an assignment
to create a family album for the character we where creating. This is what I came up
with. I played off of the idea that Zeus was a genetically altered Gorilla that grew up in a
Lab. He was always having tests and experiments run on him until he snapped and escaped.
He eventually came back and got his revenge and took of the Lab.

The first one I used pages from Drawing the Human Anatomy
by Giovanni Civardi as reference. 
The second is a sketch I did of one of my fovorite X-Villians Spiral.
I plan of doing a finished piece based off this sketch. 
The Third is just a few doodles including a head shot of Venom 
Finally A sketch of The badest X-man around Wolverine.
