wheeljackslab - Scratch another mark down for this jerk.
I won a Grimlock off of him using Buy It Now. The auction did not promise excellent condition, but it did say it was complete and fully functional. When it came in the mail, it had all the accessories and paperwork it promised. HOWEVER, the second I tried to transform it, one half of the neck (in dinosaur mode) slipped right off. It was missing the friggin' pin!! I told him I wanted my money back. He refused since he had the piece to fix it. We went back and forth with stupid e-mails about shipping it back or not, blah, blah, blah. So I finally tell him to just ship me the pin and I'll put it in. It arrives in the mail another week later, and it's the WRONG FRIGGIN' PIN!!!
I didn't want to deal with it anymore so I just didn't contact him again. I didn't leave negative feedback; I just didn't leave ANY feedback so as not to incur any myself.

    Ebay:
Don't know if he's on ebay, but [email protected]
Ordered the McDs Armada toys from him ages ago. Took me filing charges with paypal to get a response from him after I sent my money. Took another month to actually get the toys from him.

Horrible, horrible seller. Avoid like the plague.

GodFatherPrime- just sent the Optimus Prime I won from him yesterday to me. It took threat of legal action to get him to send me what I won and paid for. Also took a month for him to reply back to me.

Rodimus_Primal- Lied to me about the HiQ figure I won from him. Said he had already shipped it. When in fact he did not and a month and a half later I finally got the figure.

I have to 2nd that. His responsiveness is horrible. I had to basically IM him many times to get a response (luckily, he had an AOL address...whoever has AOL has IM too!). It took me almost 4 weeks to receive my item (Predaking foot) on eBay! I gave him $7.00 for PRIORITY shipping and he later e-mailed me saying he shipped it off FINALLY but not priority mail. He said Priority was too expensive. When I got the package, the postage stamp read "$2.87" cents. What a loser. The package was a light as anything and $7.00 wasn't enough for Priority? C'mon...it was not even 1lb. and Priority Rates start at $3.85 and up for 1lb!

Oh well, I did ignore this situation later and posted him a positive feedback b/c the item was minty to say the least.

wheeljackslab - Charged me extra for using Paypal when it was not stated in his auction. When I said that was unfair he threatened me and then banned me from bidding on future auctions. When I forwarded his emails to eBay he mocked me and said he "knew a manager there" so nothing would ever happen to him.

badbriancool - Sold me a Viewfinder bot from Reflector. He said it was the Transformers version. It was neither Transformers nor the pre-TF version, but a cheap knockoff. When I asked for a refund he refused and told me I was out of luck. I filed fraud with Paypal but they told me they couldn't do anything since he sent me the item, even though it wasn't what he said it was. I'd always heard good things about their fraud policy too. *sigh*

I'll sticky this with a word of warning. Keep it to eBayers. If you want to put someone from the boards up here, IM me first. You don't, it'll be cut, and you'll get warned. I want to keep this flame free.

I second this one after I won a PM Prime from him I paid and he sent it to me. a week later I got an email from Ebay saying that I never paid and he wanted me banned from Ebay. I proved that I paid and had the toy too.

Wheeljackslab said I got lucky. what an a$$!

BRONCOBILLY83- This jerk states "no reserve" but then if he doesn't like the high bid, he cancels the auction with like 1 minute left. That really sucks when I go out of my way to be by a computer at the auction's end.

    Add MagicHobbies to the list.

He has several bad things going against him. First, he deliberately "steals" other sellers pictures most of the time and uses it as his own. So what you exactly see is not what you always get.

His descriptions aren't all honest and accurate. One time, I won the "infamous" Scourge Targetmaster auction for only $19.99....I was shocked. When I got him (50 years later!), he was yellowing and in C6 or so shape. His description said "It came from a personal collection and he is in minty shape." Righhhhhhhhhhhttttttttttttt.

    His e-mails suck. Period.

It took him 3 weeks for him to finally get his ass out of the house/building to ship my goods. What the deal?

But again, I don't like posting negatives or neutrals, so I did post him positive feedback. I only do this because some sellers will post the same type of feedback you post them...which is BS! So I have to be careful. :(

TF-Decoy: Claims an item(Galvatron) is C9, and when I get it, not only is 99% of the chrome gone, but there are 2 obvious stress marks on his head... add to that his electronics didn't work.

How the heck can that be C9?!

How about "tranzglen"? The guy is a major smack. Gives lots of excuses as to why it takes so long to to ship products. Car accidents, dying relatives, you name it. By all rights, half his immediate family is six feet under by now. :lol

I second the negative opinion of DNDCOLLECTIBLES.

Horrible, horrible service and attitude. The product I received was nothing like it was described. I consider myself fortunate that I was refunded my full purchase price by the higher authorities.

Don't risk wasting your hard-earned dollars with these jokers. Find someone else. Even if it's more expensive elsewhere, it's worth it.

    Bad EBay seller:

    [email protected]

I won a Predaking Right fist from this *cough* Gentleman *cough*. I emailed him a couple of times and have not received any response. 10 days go by from my last email, so I finally ask him in a polite manner to just relist the item. A couple of days go by and today I finally get a response of him accusing ME of being the bad dealer. Making a snide remark about me not paying my auctions (I'm the guy with ZERO NEG buddy, you have 3!) and telling ME not to bid on any of his auctions again. I really don't get how any of this is my fault, HE would not respond to my emails. The stupidity of some people amazes me!

OK, I cleaned up the thread AGAIN. Please only post what ebayer you are having a problem with, and the reason. Or refute an opinion.

Wow, I didn;t have problems with dndcollectibles or wheeljacks lab...I only dealt with them one time each, so maybe I just had luck on my side. The guy I had a problem with was Brianivy. I didn't receive the item for like a month and a half, and he wouldn't ever reply to my emails. finally I reported him, and he emailed me back and finished out the auction, but it was quite frustrating.

    Dangerous!!!!

    battlestarbase

This isn't an e-bay seller, but I didn't know where else to put this.

battlestarbase - The first time I had a deal with him, it went very smoothly. Great communication, fast payment (via paypal) and overall a nice guy.

Second time tho, did not go over quite so smoothly. Actually, it was nothing but full of deception! About a month ago we came into an agreement that he would purchase my MISB Botcon Catscan, which he stated he would send the money order out that friday after he got paid. During the next 2 weeks from the day that he supposidly sent it out, I keep messaging him asking him if he sent it and when it should be here. He said that he did, don't worry it'll arrive.

So, we start discussing my MISB Cyclonus and we came into an agreement that I'd sell him it too. 2 weeks is almost up and he's been pretty quiet (Understandable, people have lives). But I pm him because i'm quite concerned, 2 weeks pass and no Money order! I explained to him that I needed this money for bills, that's why I'm even selling these things! A few days later I get a response saying that he just got it back in the mail on Saturday, that during the rush when he sent it out he forgot to put a stamp on it.

Now, I'm a pretty nice guy and like to believe people. 2 weeks tho? Seriously, a post office isn't going to take 2 weeks to return his letter! A wrong address? maybe.. but not that it just didn't have a stamp! But, I decided to let it go and just trust that it did indeed happen, since he was so cool during the first transaction.

So, I told him to just send the money for both catscan and cyclonus to my G/F that is currently residing in NJ, that way it's quicker and there shouldn't be any mistakes. I asked him to just pay the whole thing via paypal, but he said that he didn't have enough in his account. I explained to him that he can have them take it out of his bank account, but he declined. So, he deposited 40.00 USD into my paypal account and was supposed to send 95 usd (the rest) to my G/F. He said that he sent it a week from last monday (so that would be jan 27 I think) anyway, he said he sent it after 5pm so I figured it wouldn't get sent out until Tuesday. Days go by and i'm getting parcels and letters sent on the same day by places a LOT farther than he is located! So I start pming him about it, and he's been rather distant (figured he was busy). He said he did send it, but it's been a week and a half now that he supposidly "sent it" and he lives in Buffalo! It doesn't take this long to get from buffalo to NJ!

I told him that if it did not arrive by today, that unfortunately I would just have to put the item back up for sale and refund his 40.00 USD. Since then, I have not heard a peep from him.

So, Battlestarbase is a nice guy but I suggest only dealing with him if he pays you via paypal. I do not appreciate the lies and deception that I had received, if someone's honest with me I'm really cool and patient. But a month full of this, is just not acceptable. I will not be doing buisness with Battlestarbase in the future.
