well...."man"...anyone can clearly see that those are all KO's due to the coloration.

And also, be careful of "bibza"
he/she was paid about three weeks ago for a Smokejumper auction. At first, the Paypal kept bouncing back, which shoulda told me something, but the seller claimed it was some kind of error and he/she didn't understand why it was doing it. he/she gave me an alternate id, and I paid that way...three weeks, still no item. Seller hardly replies to e-mails.

Well "Bodycount" the point is, anyone who takes apart toys and puts fake parts on top for pictures with fake parts underneath, then say some have Takara on them then fully deny that after the fact, is a fraud. And those are the items that got me. The rest were fake any moron can tell by yes..."the discoloration"...thanks for the constructive comment.

Yeah this guys concept of a c-9 figure is a joke, plain and simple.

I ordered some omnibots from him, allegged c-9's....well all I can say is C-9's are NOT supposed to have missing or torn stickers, multiple paint chips, significant chrome wear, or windshield scratches.

In the same order was a sunstreaker and a wheeljack, streaker is for a custom, so I can deal with imperfections there, but he just plain forgot to pack wheeljack in the box.

He did settle up with me, but it took about a month before everything got straightened out... it was quite frustrating. One of the single worst transactions I ever had.

Note to all, passing on costs like this to the consumer is actually illegal. In business terms its an operating expense, ie fees that a business pays to keep said business in operation, fess to accept money, rent a store, pay for an auction listing, etc..... Notice that Paypal charge fees to the recipient of the funds, and not the sender, well there is a reason for that folks.

Do not EVER, EVER, let anyone pass such fees on to you, it is there responsibility to pay these charges, make no mistake about it.

This pisses me off like crazy. This eBay seller stole my template 100% all-the-way (using the source code!). All the graphics were stolen allllllllllll the way down to even the description/shipping rate/etc! At least have that to be different. Since I emailed/reported to eBay, I did bid on all 3 TF's (latest 3) so he couldn't just end it easily (has to go through steps to end it w/o a bidder). So buyers..beware!

    His version:

    Another DNDCollectables story.

Got a Bendy Prime from him, well, I paid for one anyway.
Didn't recieve anything for a month, emailed him about it, he said give it a week. So I gave it two, then said he will send another one. Said it was sent, and now it's been a month with no word again.

I have no idea what this guys real stats are, so I'll just list them all. Bought RID lot containing "All are 100% complete with original backer cards, weapons, and inserts. " and paid via Paypal immediately. Echeck cleared about 5 days later. Waited about 10 more days and then contacted seller as I had heard nothing. He responded a couple of days later saying that he would ship soon. Sent out package two days later. However, he indicated in his notification to me that the backer cards wouldn't fit and would be coming soon. Got package of bots and of course one of them (Skid-z) doesn't have his gun. So, contacted seller again asking about gun and backers. Nothing. Tried emailing again. Nothing. So, now I'm in the process of attempting to call his house, but he was "out" on my first attempt. And, of course he has since un-registered himself from Ebay and I can therefore not leave him the feedback he deserves!

It's been over a month now and I still don't have all of the items I purchased. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUM!

    Ck out this one.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3134160036

A contest to win something, and I paid for 5 of the 12 tickets.

I did not win anything, neither did the other 2 people who were in the contest.

I was ripped off by this guy.

This persons handle on eBay is [email protected]. Sent them money for an RID ruination and it never arrived, no more emails, no more contact. First parcel to never arrive....this guy has made my list. Looks like I am not the only one he has lost items with either. Beware.

    eBay U/N: cryotek

Guys I can't stress this enough. DO NOT under ANY circumstances purchase anything from this individual. I purchased something from him 3 MONTHS AGO, that cost me a lot of money, and have yet to recieve it. I've been getting nothing but excuses from him, that is, when he wants to write me. In all of my years of collecting, I have never had such a hard time with someone. I'm in the process of filling papers to take him to small claims court, that is how bad this has gotten.

STAY AWAY guys... he's bad news.

Don't know how US law works Elvin but Small Claims here in Canada has the limit of 5K.Hopefully a)American Small Claims doesn't work the same way b)If it does, hopefully there's less then 5K in question and most importantly c)You get this problem resolved.

Seems like some people these days have no conscience about screwing people out of money

It was less than $5K, thankfully. I've been as patient as I could possibly be with this individual. We'll see what happens.

    mhunter2 = rip off artist

    ebay seller mhunter2

this guy sold me and two other ebayers a bunch of knockoff liocasear bots that he was selling as the real thing..

what i got for a heap of money I spent were fakes without copyright markings, strange stickers, lesser plastic. Not what I wanted.

when i asked him about them he said "they were just as good".
he refused to work with me. I tried. He wouldn't take them back, no refund or even exchange. told me all sales final was on he ebay page (it wasn't) Started to blame me too.

    avoid mhunter2 at all costs

    total drooling moron.
Multiple attempts to contact, scatterbrained replies.

mumbled some crap about "moving to a new apartment this month".

aparently he zinged 8 other people this month too, because he how has 7 NON PAYING feedbacks right in a row.

I sent him a nonpaying bidder warning.

Hopefully this tool will be BANNED.

sad part is, I left him POSITIVE feedback in error since another auction was just a few numbers off, and I didn't notice it.

    argh.

    As to
    WHEELJERKSLOB
    In less than 4 words........

    an overpriced lying jerk.

    Thats all I can say.

I bought a BROADSIDE from him. His auction said NO PAYPAL. I emailed him and asked why. He said the fees were toomuch, but if Iwanted to use it, pay 2.00 more. I won the auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3152017327 He said payment within 7 days, I complied, shipping was 6.50. A tad high for s/H/ but I paid it and his 2.00 fee.

MULTIPLE MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE E-mails to him, and he replied to them. He asked for my adress again, and i gave it, as wellas a link to the paypall reciept. I have been VERY PATIENT. The transformer was slated to be given to a buddys 11 year old on his 12th Birthday ( in 2 weeks after I won item), and this was mentioned to Curtis. He failed in getting it to me. 32 days later, I still have nothing. I asked for a refund, and if Broadside showed up, I would send it back. Curtis said he would refund me LAST WEEK. I told him
to keep the 2.00 for fees, and the shipping $.

I threatened negetive feedback. He replied he will make good on this deal, and if Broadside shows up, to keep it as a christmas "present". Still nothing. He has NOT left feedback for me yet, and I fer that if I give him ANOTHER negetive feedback to add to the couple he has already, I will unjustly get one in retaliation.
Chances are he's a scam artist. I have never had a package go missing with USPS.

THIS GUY SUCKS. DON'T DEAL. SCAM ARTIST. is to be his Negetive feedback.

Received my item damaged due to his horrible packaging (Used wrapping paper and a 2 millimeter thick piece of bubble wrap on a carded action figure!) & folded the action figure on purpose just to fit into the package! Will only exchange item if you pay extra shipping charges to Hong Kong! If you are a serious collector beware! If you leave him negative feedback, he will make an excuse to leave you negative feedback as well.

PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
