He has several bad things going against him. First, he deliberately "steals" other sellers pictures most of the time and uses it as his own. So what you exactly see is not what you always get.
His descriptions aren't all honest and accurate. One time, I won the "infamous" Scourge Targetmaster auction for only $19.99....I was shocked. When I got him (50 years later!), he was yellowing and in C6 or so shape. His description said "It came from a personal collection and he is in minty shape." Righhhhhhhhhhhttttttttttttt.
His e-mails suck. Period.
It took him 3 weeks for him to finally get his ass out of the house/building to ship my goods. What the deal?
But again, I don't like posting negatives or neutrals, so I did post him positive feedback. I only do this because some sellers will post the same type of feedback you post them...which is BS! So I have to be careful. |

How the heck can that be C9?! |

Gives lots of excuses as to why it takes so long to to ship products. Car accidents, dying relatives, you name it. By all rights, half his immediate family is six feet under by now. |

Horrible, horrible service and attitude. The product I received was nothing like it was described. I consider myself fortunate that I was refunded my full purchase price by the higher authorities.
Don't risk wasting your hard-earned dollars with these jokers. Find someone else. Even if it's more expensive elsewhere, it's worth it. | |

I won a Predaking Right fist from this *cough* Gentleman *cough*. I emailed him a couple of times and have not received any response. 10 days go by from my last email, so I finally ask him in a polite manner to just relist the item. A couple of days go by and today I finally get a response of him accusing ME of being the bad dealer. Making a snide remark about me not paying my auctions (I'm the guy with ZERO NEG buddy, you have 3!) and telling ME not to bid on any of his auctions again. I really don't get how any of this is my fault, HE would not respond to my emails. The stupidity of some people amazes me!

The guy I had a problem with was Brianivy. I didn't receive the item for like a month and a half, and he wouldn't ever reply to my emails. finally I reported him, and he emailed me back and finished out the auction, but it was quite frustrating. Dangerous!!!! |

battlestarbase - The first time I had a deal with him, it went very smoothly. Great communication, fast payment (via paypal) and overall a nice guy.
Second time tho, did not go over quite so smoothly. Actually, it was nothing but full of deception! About a month ago we came into an agreement that he would purchase my MISB Botcon Catscan, which he stated he would send the money order out that friday after he got paid. During the next 2 weeks from the day that he supposidly sent it out, I keep messaging him asking him if he sent it and when it should be here. He said that he did, don't worry it'll arrive.
So, we start discussing my MISB Cyclonus and we came into an agreement that I'd sell him it too. 2 weeks is almost up and he's been pretty quiet (Understandable, people have lives). But I pm him because i'm quite concerned, 2 weeks pass and no Money order! I explained to him that I needed this money for bills, that's why I'm even selling these things! A few days later I get a response saying that he just got it back in the mail on Saturday, that during the rush when he sent it out he forgot to put a stamp on it.
Now, I'm a pretty nice guy and like to believe people. 2 weeks tho? Seriously, a post office isn't going to take 2 weeks to return his letter! A wrong address? maybe.. but not that it just didn't have a stamp! But, I decided to let it go and just trust that it did indeed happen, since he was so cool during the first transaction.
So, I told him to just send the money for both catscan and cyclonus to my G/F that is currently residing in NJ, that way it's quicker and there shouldn't be any mistakes. I asked him to just pay the whole thing via paypal, but he said that he didn't have enough in his account. I explained to him that he can have them take it out of his bank account, but he declined. So, he deposited 40.00 USD into my paypal account and was supposed to send 95 usd (the rest) to my G/F. He said that he sent it a week from last monday (so that would be jan 27 I think) anyway, he said he sent it after 5pm so I figured it wouldn't get sent out until Tuesday. Days go by and i'm getting parcels and letters sent on the same day by places a LOT farther than he is located! So I start pming him about it, and he's been rather distant (figured he was busy). He said he did send it, but it's been a week and a half now that he supposidly "sent it" and he lives in Buffalo! It doesn't take this long to get from buffalo to NJ!
I told him that if it did not arrive by today, that unfortunately I would just have to put the item back up for sale and refund his 40.00 USD. Since then, I have not heard a peep from him.
So, Battlestarbase is a nice guy but I suggest only dealing with him if he pays you via paypal. I do not appreciate the lies and deception that I had received, if someone's honest with me I'm really cool and patient. But a month full of this, is just not acceptable. I will not be doing buisness with Battlestarbase in the future.
