I for one say this is one of the most well-exectuted of the custom combiners I've seen yet, for the same reasons others will ridicule it. Very well done, whoever did it.
Brilliant use of Cybertron Metroplex's legs as well |

I love how this guy still says Blast Off transforms into a space shuttle. Still, good custom.
EDIT: The chest piece is a FORCE SIlHOUETTE! That makes it automatically awesome. j/k
Ah yeah, i'm back, (been for a few days now) and i haz awesome haul posted in Toyark! Check it out... If you dare...
And, I finished my first comic strip!

Gestalt mode is weak, too bulky, looks like a giant midget. I echo the comment about the heads, if you're going to put this amount of work into a custom, heads can be swapped in under a few hours.
Very cleaver way to integrate LDR prime and C Metroplex and doubling his legs for the combined form. Looks to me they go off to the side for Onslaught's robot mode, yet I think Prime is big and looking odd enough that they could have been somehow attached to his back. Also not too fond of how the leg bots simply clip on top of those metroplex legs like armor rather than being the actual legs.
All in all, a fresh new take on combiners fo sure |
