has live help been removed?

Has the live help been removed? I am dealing with the worst seller and can not get any help with reporting them. I can not find live help any more.

I tell you, ebay is NOT a fair place any more.

No. We used to be able to chat live with someone. I am having a big problem and can not get any e-mail responses, which is what this send me to.

eBay Australia still has it, but I see you don't have the link anymore in eBay US.

Are you sure the "Live Help" link on that page I linked isn't what you're looking for? It does use the same icon as eBay's Australia's Live Help and has the description "Chat online Use Live Help to chat with a Customer Support Representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.", as well as an instant message-style interface when I was playing around with it.
