Wow, that is a crazy price. Makes me amost want to see what my Diaclone set whould go for as it is unused as well, and IMO looks more like they did in the cartoon then the TF release.

although it is a very nice peice, i whouldnt drop that kind of money on anything opened. but take a look at the buyer. it seems that he only collects vintage japanese releases. so to him it must have been a "must buy".

it's things like this that make me appreciate my $7 bootleg even more...

Same here. It's not the best combiner but the giftset box is nice. I am a sucker for giftset boxes. But it's no where worth that much. Around $500-800 is a decent price for him.
