I kid you not. | So, just so I can get everything in order for these guys (I'm assuming the worst case scenario here)... were you able to convince them otherwise with a receipt?
Also, why the jack up in price Heero? These were flying off eBay as they were not THAT much more than retail. The deluxes were an easy pass at the old price, and the voyagers are now an easy pass at this price. He found a great niche market there and was making easy cash off of items that were either cast-offs or obtained with less than accepted means. |

News Credits: 8 | I'm finding Bulkhead really tempting (and tomorrow I'm getting paid what it would cost...) but I don't really care for the character or the appearance of it. Is there something wrong with me?
EDIT: His price hike was probably "I'm making money now, just imagine what I'll make if I jack up the price a little" and Starscream usually sold within hours, so it was (is) probably the most popular = easier to sell |

My SS had tape on him in a few spots (i.e. over both feet), there are some slight colour leaks/drips, and various joints pop out FAR easier than they should. I still like it, but I doubt it was ever intended for retail release and might have been put together from several defective figs. |

It wouldn't surprise me if that's the case, but damn, all of mine have been perfect. I've got no paint/joint/wear issues on any of the figures I've gotten from him at all. Quote:

But more specifically it had little pieces of tape covering the blue parts of the feet I had to peel off (I think you can see similar tape on one of his Megs auctions), his legs pop off very easily (when I try to move them) where they join the little stumps closest to his crotch, his right arm is quite loose at the elbow (just barely holds pose), and he has small red paint smudges in various spots, namely left knee and on the back of his wings. |
