Found on eBay, seller writes it's a rare big version of BLITZWING from G1,
Not much of G1 expert myself so take a look:

Looks like a KO to me. The packaging (not a box and not called Blitzwing on it) plus the colours of the actual figure lead me to the conclusion that its a KO with being about 90% sure of that fact.
