Also, once I have the legs TF'ed into place, it fits even more tight and snug.
I was hoping this was a common problem with a common solution. |

It's linked to the windshield piece by some gears, and (much like Blackout) even a slight variation will result in misalignment.

Whatever you do, DON'T take him apart coz I did just that and screw up the springs. Just apply controlled force to the lil' bugger til' the gears slip into the correct positions again.
Sorry I couldn't remember which way to re-align him... |

Ive tried making sure that any of the BB's that I end up buyin arent misaligned thru the packaging as much as I could. |

For my case I believe the problem lies with the roof top pieces on the arms because if I didn't transform the roof part (arms) the bonet can still sit flat.
Hence I took apart the roof top pieces from the arms and re-adjusted the length and angle slightly. (I know it sounds silly without a pic but once you took them apart you will know how to do the adjustment - there's a small screw in each arm holding the yellow pieces, just try tightened/loosen it)
Well I would say mine looks much more "normal" after the surgery, hope that helps. Bumble Bee, " You want another piece of me?" |
