Yeah I think a $10 entrance is the right price point for a show of this size. I also like the venue in general. Like you said if they can keep it at this place but rework the room to allow for more aisle spacing that would be ideal.

I know that I must sound like a newb, but is NJCC what Cybercon Expo became? Or is it it's own entity? Haven't been to a convention since Cybercon Expo 2004, and it looks like the same exact lay out they had.

LOL - did you give your buddy that Botcon Soundwave he was asking for over and over? That was pretty funny.

I believe it was. I used to go to all the Cybercons (minus the NYC one) and they were held in the same place.

    Thank you!

FINALLY caught up (I've been working on my financial management final every free moment since the weekend)! NJCC was a blast! Got to chat with so many awesome board members (thanks especially to fallensinn and Friendship Pony), sold a good portion of my inventory, and picked up some goodies (MIB KO Road Caesar and Go Shooter at the top of the list....I'm such a KO whore). Not to mention some Convertors at the end of the show (apparently nobody else was buying them).

My hats off to Fran for a well-orchestrated event. Anybody up for a summertime NJCC? October's too far away!

LOL, I thought my drive was long but coming from Frostburg is a drive I know I would not make that drive 3 times a year. I'm surprised you are willing and wanting to do that.

As long as they turn up the AC I'm in. :D  It was a bit toasty in there at times as it was.

nah I had fun just hangin and not worrying about sellin lol!

Next con, I'm gonna actually save up for this haha. I have too much guilt spending money I didn't really earn lol. As Optimal Primus knows I only pick up things I know would hard to find elsewhere, so I'm strictly exclusives, old mps, and g1 haha. Would love to pick up some mps especially the prime mold next time.
Thanks so much everyone who makes this possible!!! :D

You gotta admit though. The 9th Doctor's get up is kind of plain. There wasn't anything about it that didn't look like regular street clothes. I mean even the 10th was wearing sneakers.

Well I've decided I'm going to get a table at the show in the fall and get rid of my Titanium & Animated collection. I'm going to price these out cheap so I don't have to take anything back with me.

This is true, but it does have the added benefit of an easy change out of the costume LOL I usually dress as the 11th Doctor, but thought I would give this one a whirl for ha ha's. Not like I was even entering the costume contest or anything. Though, I bet if I threw together a 4th Doctor costume, everyone would know who I am, even those who do not watch the show, that scarf is just so distinctive :p

This quote coming from someone that has not been to botcon in 3 years and as far as I remember has never been a dealer at botcon. Just done the room to room sale.

Yes Hasbro put the 3rd party ban in this year. If you take out all the vechile, and take into fact that its not a movie year Hasbro did not need a large display area for new toys this year.

Yes the NYCC has a wider range of toy cause its an all 80 theme toy show where botcon is the largest Transformer show in the UNITED STATES.

You probably could have just worn the scarf with any clothes and people would have thought you were the 4th Doctor. lol
