The next Meet-Up is around corner and here's what you need to know...

Date: December 4th (Sunday)

What to look forward to at the Meet-Up...

1. HOLIDAY POTLUCK – Everyone is encouraged to bring something to celebrate the Holidays. So, if you have a favorite dish and/or favorite beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)... Bring it! We're doing it potluck style! So, please bring any food and/or drinks that you would like to share with everyone. Hint, Hint... Beer and Chicken Wings can never go wrong! Water is a Meet-Up favorite, too. Please PM me to let me know what you plan on bringing or drop a post in this thread. We want to make sure there’s enough food and drinks to go around for everybody.

2. WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE - It's our 2nd Annual White Elephant Gift Exchange! To participate in the White Elephant Gift Exchange all you have to do is bring a wrapped gift that is valued at $20. The gift can be anything you want it to be, but it must be brand-new and/or an unopened item. When selecting your White Elephant Gift, be sure to get something someone may want to steal! That's right... STEAL!

Here's how the White Elephant Gift Exchange works...

The participants of the White Elephant Gift Exchange will draw numbers starting with 1 and up to the total number of participants.

Once the order has been established, each person takes his or her turn choosing a gift.

The 1st participant unwraps a gift from the pile and then shows it to everyone.

The next player can either "steal" an already opened gift or be adventurous and go for a wrapped gift from the pile.

If the participant chooses to steal an unwrapped gift, the person whose gift was stolen now repeats their turn and either steals another person's gift (they cannot immediately steal back the gift that was just stolen) or unwraps a new gift.

Note – Since gifts can be stolen, the gift in your possession is not actually yours until the game is over. However, a gift is labeled as "frozen" after it has been stolen a total of 3 times.

When all the gifts have been opened, the game is over.

Once again, all you have to do to participate in the White Elephant Gift Exchange is bring a wrapped gift that's brand-new or unopened and valued at $20.

The White Elephant Gift Exchange will start promptly at 6:00pm.

What to bring to the Meet-Up...

1. Food and Drinks for the HOLIDAY POTLUCK - See above...

2. Transformers Toys - Want to share, sell or trade your Transformers? Feel free to bring any Transformers Toys that you would like share, sell and/or trade to the Meet-Up! This also goes for Custom Transformers you want to show-off. Once again, please feel free to bring whatever Transformers you’d like for any reason at all.

3. Personal Laptops - There's free wireless internet available, so feel free to bring your laptops... You never know when you need to hop on the internet to access your PayPal account or surf the web while hanging out!

4. Cameras - Smile Everyone! Pictures and/or videos are a great way to capture the moment, so feel free to bring your cameras to the Meet-Up!

5. Positive Attitude - Be yourself, be cool and enjoy the company of being around fellow fans and collectors because everyone is getting together to have a great time!

6. $5 Donation - To cover Meet-Up expenses and/or future Meet-Ups.

As usual we’ll have our Los Angeles regulars at the Meet-Up including TFW2005 Site Sponsors , Thomas from Toy Arena and Tony from Tempting Toys, as well as Joe from Aces Toy Store and Davheed from Toy Hell with some of the latest and hottest Transformers out on the market as well as hard to find Transformers collectibles so be sure to bring some spending cash because you'll never know what you'll find! here is a list of quick mods i will be doing at the meetup again. same ones as last time but with 3 new additions.

new additions

Generations Wheeljack leg mod - 4$
this mod gives wheeljack a small height increase, hell its better then him being shorter then bumblee bee.

DOTM Voyager Megatron hip/leg extension mod - 4$
this mod gives dotm megaton a wider stance and a nice increase in height. i do always felt he should be taller then the voyager dotm prime.

RTS Voyager Grapple crane mod - 6$
this mod lets you remove the crane on grapple and but it on his back other then having it connected on this arm looking like a dumb battering ram.

Mods from last time

Kup door mod - cost 4$
this mod turns him into a part former where the doors on his arms are removable and go on the back of his legs.

RTS Lugnut Articulated Finger mod - cost 4$
this gives him articulated fingers since his fingers are one piece versus individual finger movement.

ROFT Blugeon Leg swap mod - cost 6$
this mod swaps the upper legs around so that when he is in tank mod the treads are showing the black side of his legs versus the orange side, it does add one more step in the transformation process but he still transformers into his robot mode and tank mode fine

Classics/Henkei/United Megatron Arm Cannon Mod - cost 4$
this turns his (grenade launcher) into the cannon it was ment to be. i move the can from under the arm to the side of the arm to be more cartoon accurate.

Classics/Henkei/United Megatron Wing Removal Mod - cost 6$
This mod makes the butter fly wings removable.

DOTM Shockwave Articulated head mod - cost 6$
now Shockwaves head is on a ball joint but do to how thick they made is neck it makes that ball joint useless. now i shave down that neck to a certain point making that ball joint usable again. but i can only do it to a point other wise there is risk of damage to the socket holding the ball joint

now i take cash, check, and paypal for payments for the mods, if you wish to trade something for a few mods i'm always open to that option as well as working on deals for multiple quick mods. any questions feel free to ask,
