So i have never had enough money to go to Botcon but i will next year when do they usually go on sale and when will they announce next years convention? |

We MIGHT get some information, as has been said, at the dinner or organizer's panel this year, but there's not a guarantee on that. They plan ahead, but if the show is end of September again in 2008, then it's still a good year and a quarter away, so everything may not be decided as far as venue.
Registrations usually open up 3-5 months ahead.
