No, I was a couple tables down from those guys... yeah, those guys. One of them asked more than once how much I wanted for my piece to Liokaiser... I was confused because I didn't have one, and then realized - to my horror - that he was referring to my loose Nosecone.
I shoulda sold it to him for like $20 just for the laugh, but no... karma and all...
These were the same guys who were trying to get $900 for a Diaclone .44 Magnum and who were trying to convince me that their Elintseeker... at a mere $1400...was somehow worth more than EVERY other one I've ever seen. Oh - and just so you know - none of us have EVER seen a Matchbox Beta Fighter loose on Ebay because they "don't exist". When I patiently told them how I almost bought the one off their last year, they shook their heads and just said "impossible".
Nice enough fellas, but... yeah.
Wow......I didn't see prices listed on that stuff, so I didn't bother to ask how much.
