This makes me even more excited! I'll have an Impactor on both my video game and Classics shelf! I'm so excited!

The colors seem better than MMC's Spartan - since I plan on getting the FSS 4.0 I might reconsider my preorder for the 3rd party version. The club's Impactor does need some nice 3rd party or shapeways hand attachments (drill and harpoon hook) and his distinctive shoulder cannon.

The head looks a little different from the FOC Deluxe Impactor, I know it's a photoshop mock up but it looks like a new head.

With this reveal the FOC Impactor can now stay in torso mode to become Emirate Xaaron like he was meant to!

So we've got the five guys that make up Mayhem Maximus. We've got Impactor (using Rook)...and I'd assume the final Deluxe is another Wrecker turned Combiner limb.

They're repainting Onslaught as Bludgeon, so the Combaticons are on the table. Perhaps Brawl as Guzzle?

 

Well if Impactor is the last surviving member of his team, I doubt it's another Wrecker, it's probably Crankcase.

 

If I'm an adventurous 3P, I'm looking into a way to build a CW Hand/Foot weapon that could become his cannon and attach on top of his alt-mode or to his shoulder.


Bonus points if the 3P attachment forms a harpoon arm in limb mode instead of a standard hand.

 

Good point. Wonder if they'd repaint Swindle/Hound since they're already using Offroad as Ruckus. Unless they use the First Aid version.

 

I Think using Swindle is probably the best option, he wouldn't really need a new head either.

 

I like it. If it doesn't come with a harpoon weapon, I'm sure some enterprising individual will sell them (*cough* Renderform *cough*) for a reasonable price.

I still hope for a few more new CW molds and a second run (after FOC) at a Wreckers combiner (I think I'm going to end up having 43 of the Alpha Bravo mold* so a new copter would be nice for Rotorstorm, Brawl -> Guzzle could be solid).

Yes please. This may be the first year I sign up for this, what does the cost look like, or do we even know yet?

 

Im already getting MMC's version of him, however i really like Impactor so ill probably get this guy too. Hopefully instead of the claw they either give him a harpoon or drill accessory yo plug into the slot.
