They are just under 16 days from joecon and they do not even have that open for registration

 

Holy - I had no idea! I guess I'll check back sometime late May or early June for Botcon info.

 

Yay a Botcon near me. Time to get caught up with Transformers and take a couple days off work!

 

GI JoeCon is starting to seem like DashCon....

6 years since I've been to Botcon...now that it's back in the Midwest, and this exciting year of all the new toys including CW, I plan on going for a day anyway. I'd like to get the Boxset this year too. I forgot how it goes...Do I have to pre-register, when available, in order to get/order the boxset? I would like to get that this year. I'm wondering if it's going to fall along the lines of the CW story/figures possibly?.

Any help/input would be appreciated. private message or what have you.

 

So if memory serves and you want to get the box set you either need to pre-register and purchase the Primus package if you're going to the convention or the Iacon package for non-attendees. You can buy the boxed set on it's own online after the convention if there are sets left over, or if you're just planning a one day visit I'm sure some dealers will be selling the sets themselves.

Well, if the accidental leak is anything to go off of, I'd say this year's set isn't going to fit in very well with the CW story or the toys.
