Does anybody really believe they sold out of 750 tables after jacking up the price 25%? I've just never gotten the impression that they even had 500/750 tables any time that I've attended.

That show is a joke. The 1 time I did that show I it was so slow that I packed up and left early on sunday. I hate the fact now that their one charge for tables then you have to pay an extra charge for table cloths and shirks

Agreed total joke of a show. I had to ask someone if they opened the doors as no one was walking around... Was told yeah opened to the public hours ago.

the show went up 10.00 from the last show. there are a ton of tables at the show, but they are probably counting the artist tables too.

I've never been to this show, but I was told that guy that runs it is a real jackass.

That's the vibe I'm getting :(  I was looking forward to sellimg off a few things but doesn't sound like this is a good place to do it. And it's like 45 minutes from me :(

I thought last year's price-jacking was bad but get a load of this. Helper badges now cost an additional $40 and you can't bring your own chairs because he wants another $9 for them. Just took $49 out of every dealer's pocket, more if they leave their helpers at home. Seriously, it now costs twice as much to go to this show as it did in 2013...and it's not like it's much to write home about either.

I'm out; I'll just save up the money to go to a real show with real traffic.

Wow sounds a bit pricey, how have the turnouts been lately?

I've never been to the summer show. Last year the genius scheduled it for the same weekend as Otakon. This year he wants $200 to be placed next to somebody selling bathtubs or timeshares.
