The guy Hoist goes into the room with looks like neither Grappel nor Sandstorm. He's all blue for one thing. My first guess would be Siren maybe but I'm not sure.

-ZacWilliam, who else is that blue?...

I'm gonna just put this out there... given the close relationship between Rewind and Chromedome, and my hypothesis that the info on the disc that Rewind got from Swindle is somehow related to Sunstreaker's Headmaster ordeal... I think that Rewind will end up being Chromedome's Headmaster partner. You heard it here first!

Oh yeah, Bob should be on board with Sunstreaker, shouldn't he? Unless Sunny set him free to live in the new Cybertronian wilderness.

    Ah, gotcha. :)

Agreed. I had a neat revelation yesterday about how much substance this series has... I get stuck with the late shift at work on most Wednesdays, and I was antsy and was tempted to read this issue on my phone during one of my breaks. But I realized that a 15-minute break isn't enough to read an issue of this series and spend the amount of time it needs for reading the dialogue and enjoying the art. Who would have thought in this day and age that 15 minutes wouldn't be enough time to read a comic? An issue of most modern comics could be read cover to cover in 4-5 minutes, easily. MTMTE is like a delicious and satisfying meal that you want to slowly savor bite by bite, instead of a crappy fast food burger that you wolf down in seconds only to be hungry again an hour later.

Here are some useful suggestions...(Original image altered for relevance :D )

Or just buy it on Comixology. ;)

-ZacWilliam, then buy it again physically later. Cause it's that good. :)

Dammit, ZacWilliam, his name is Rewind! Rewind! I guess this is your own personal "Shock or Ore?" situation, huh? :lol

And now I'm picturing a scene like those in all tragic pet movies where the owner has to let them go. "No, Bob, no! You can't follow me to the ship! You need to be free and live with your own kind! It's better this way...:cry "

    It REALLY, REALLY is. ;)

I've been doing it for years and I can't seem to help myself, Darn it! I know the right names and I still just want to call the grey one that I like "Eject."

-ZacWilliam, the name Rewind even fits him a TON better, so I can't even claim that for a reason. :p

I live in GMT+9 time zone, so I have to wait until Thursday to buy it on comiXology.
And I bought every issues physically later. (Damn it, now I don't have money to buy MTMTE #3!)

I just might have a new favorite transformer, and it's entirely based off 3 issues of a brand new comic...

Did the asia exclusive Kup remold as Swerve have a visor? I can't remember...

It didn't look to have a visor. I say wait for the eventual iGear head kit or maybe wait for their Brawn figure to be redone in Swerve

I would guess more likely is their making Gears (which seems really likely as Hasbro hasn't done one and he's one of the last 2 '84ers needing to be done) and then making Swerve from him, like he was in G1.

Though I could see them going with Swerve first and Gears as a followup just because of fan love for this book.

-ZacWilliam, really very surprised no 3party has announced a Gears yet. Seems that it would be one of the most obvious things to do...

Rather than reading it in the bathroom and then tearing out pages to wipe myself with, I again enjoyed an issue of IDW Transformers.

I am amazed at the difference in the 2 new ongoing titles from the former crap that passed as Transformer comics from IDW.

I was ready to drop their titles before the current on goings.

Holy hell ... so many good things to give praise for. I LOVE what they are doing with the comic. Absolutely love it. Every single page is a pleasure to read.

Best part of the book: "My nickname at the academy was 'shut the hell up.'"

    Priceless.

#1.) The Ship has a bar

#2.) The Ship has a bar!

#3.) The Ship has a BAR!

    :drunk :

Also it seems like every week they reveal a new room, last time it was Engineering and the Bridge, this time it was Rung's office and the Bar.

Anyone notice Animus was saying something about Whirl getting him on the ethics committee? (leave no witnesses)

Did the NAILS that sold them the ship know about the faulty engine and the Sparkeater? OF course they did, why do you think the price was so low. You ever see a 10 year old Audi for sale under $6k? There's a reason!'

(beside the engine was Ore's fault.)

Great book, in fact I'm off to read it again!
