I wonder if dominus ambis is somehow agent 113 related

 

I still suspect there's more to him.

 

I also expect more.

 

I've come around to the theory that Skids is Agent 113. He somehow escaped the DJD before his cover was blown and they killed him (maybe he faked his death), and returned to the Autobots on his own. That's why Skids has that reaction to the Empyrean Suite, which we know is a piece Tarn is fond of, and that's why we see a Tarn-like silhouette dragging a damaged Skids away in handcuffs and chains on the cover of December's issue. Skids's repressed memories are of his time in the DJD.

This isn't anything new, but the December solicits sealed it for me.

 

I just thought of something though. If Tarn is Roller, shouldn't he have known who Skids was the entire time? I mean, Tarn has a Mask, so there is no way Skids would know it was Roller (if it is), but he would certainly know who Skids is/was, right? Why even let him join their crew, let alone not kill him on sight?

 

I doubt that Skids could've infiltrated them by just turning up one day and saying "Hey, I'm totally a member of your group and didn't just appear out of nowhere". He likely would've had to have spent years, maybe even centuries infiltrating the Decepticons before being assigned to the DJD and therefore, would've had a well recorded history of being on their side.

 

Plus his memories aren't really a secret. Chromedome has seen them, and left them repressed. If they were DJD-related I feel like Chromedome would've told someone. (especially after the other Lost Light incident)

 

We've seen "Old Vos". He also has a mask and claws and different body details from Skids.

If Skids was Vos, he would have been disguised and deep undercover. Tarn wouldn't recognize him for the same reason Skids wouldn't know who Tarn is.

 

I still maintain that that Voz is a red herring. Those kinds of shots aren´t made if you try hold a gun with claws.

 

We've seen what his hands look like, and it's really not that impossible that he'd be able to hold a gun and aim well with them. Whirl has it worse, and he's still good with guns.

 

I want to believe this as well.

 

Also in the "Skids was old Vos / 113" camp and have been for a while. Years of horrific acts under the DJD are the perfect reason to leave someone's memories repressed. Depending how much Chromedome saw, he could have discerned Skids was a very deep cover agent. May have been way more reasons to leave the memories buried than not.

I had a feeling Dominus was still around, that's why I mistakenly thought he was Tyrest. I just never guessed he was the pet.

 

Well, technically it was Vos.

 

Eating my own prediction with a healthy dose of crow. I love it when I'm wrong about this stuff.  

 

Kudos to anyone who guessed right- though I think it only made sense once the Scavenger issues hit ^^

If anyone actually did put together that connection, I'm *super* impressed.
