So, over the course of MTMTE we've had many mysteries pop up, heck that's how the series was promoted, some are even older than the book itself (Agent 113). A good deal of these have seen solutions, some remain.
Heck, some of the remaining and solved mysteries didn't even strike me as mysteries until they were either heavily hinted at or brought up by the wiki or other online postings.

So, lets try to collect as much as possible in one threat, feel free to link to existing threats concerning them.

Rung, this is a mystery I never even considered being one, I just thought he was the butt of many a cruel joke, and then there was the ending to #38, and the wiki notes concerning it all. I literally face-palmed that I never payed attention to all that stuff. I guess it's kinda perfect all things considered though ...

Not specifically a MtMtE mystery but one that probably would go under Roberts' jurisdiction: what the hell happened at Simanzee? So many talk about it, but we've never truly seen it.

 

I am still stuck on who Rodimus sent to the Combiner Wars? I am sure Protectobots.

 

Personally I hope he died along the way, on the basis that insufficient important bots in the war actually seemed to die.

It feels more real when you have a lot of big names that decrease as they kill each other, rather than a core on each side that just doesn't die.

 

Just reread #1... what was on the golden discs Rewind purchased from Swindle?

 

What caused the Quantum Engines to initially malfunction?

What happened to Ore after the Metrotitan teleported?

What did Tyrest promise to Minimus Ambus?

What did Chromedome try to tell Rewind after he got stuck in the slow cell with Overlord?

What on earth happened at Simanzi? we know it's a battle, we know that the Crucible and Forced Flood happened, but what is that?

And it seems to be one of the great battles/pushes of the war. I don't think it's a great *mystery* per se, but yea, I'd love to see more of it! Preferably in Roberts flashbacks (and certainly not in an -acy type book, which don't get the scale of the war very well by the time one gets to Primacy).

 

I don't know. To me it seems like there was more offered and accepted than just becoming Ultra Magnus.

 

The only MTMTE mystery that ACTUALLY matters is... why are they having a dance party?
