So with characters being shuffled all over the place all the time in IDW, I thought it might be fun/helpful to figure out where the heck everybody is. I'll update the first part here as often as I can, so checking here can tell everyone where their favorites of IDW are - or what happened to them, if they're currently dead.

Windcharger has never appeared on the Lost Light (or at all since Chaos) neither has Erector though I seem to remember a podcast interview where Roberts joked that he was there. Broadside's been on the Lost Light since Dark Cybertron and our Rung is on Necroworld. Also missing Sparkstalker and Lightbright from Cybertron, Misfire from the Scavengers and a bunch of Lost Lighters.

 

Springer and Verity look to be vacationing on Earth following Sins of the Wreckers

Skywarp is also now on Earth, working with G.I. Joe.

Impactor, Carnivac, and Stampy (and a bunch of other Chimericons I can't immediately identify) are off in space working together as Mayhem, as of the end of Sins of the Wreckers.

Bludgeon is on Cybertron in the wastelands doing bad science.

Motormaster, Breakdown, Off-Road, Drag Strip, Dead End, Blackjack and Sandstorm are on Cybertron, incarcerated in Starscream's black site prison. Though at the moment, they may be getting shipped off-world with other prisoners ala Chromia in TAAO #6, but surely they'll be returned there following the Titan crisis.

Likewise, Hook, Long Haul, Bonecrusher, Scavenger, Mixmaster and Scoop are also on Cybertron under Starscream's command; having recently been deployed as Devastator in TAAO.

Rumble, Frenzy, and Cosmos were among Sanctuary Station's inhabitants, though they were recently dispatched to Earth by Soundwave.

The surviving members of Galvatron's Splinter-Decepticon faction have largely disappeared from current stories, though they're all ostensibly still on Earth? That includes Dreadwing, Mindwipe, Acid Storm, and Blitzwing. The latter of whom is still presumably in G.I. Joe/M.A.S.K custody?

Cool list! I noticed at least one error, though: Wreck Gar is currently on Earth with Rum-Maj, not on on Junk. However, his character page on the wiki hasn't been updated with his appearances in the Optimus Prime ongoing, so I can understand why you overlooked this.

I wish the Protectobots would catch up with the Lost Light already. I wanna see them back in the big picture somehow.

Stakeout died in Sins of the Wreckers, we see him with Carnivac who stays with him as his spark disapates.

Scourge, we don't know, I half expect him to turn up on Necroworld in one of the pods.

Oh, I was still working on it when I stopped to take a break and nearly forgot I started the list, I'm aware it's incomplete. I'm pretty sure I saw Windcharger somewhere on the LL, but I could be wrong. I just know I group my collection by current location in the comics (a nightmare to maintain but worth it) which is why I started this in the first place. Roberts joking that he was there was, if im not mistaken, shortly after he and I talked about the character and his whereabouts at TFcon a while back, and since he said it, I figure it couldnt hurt to put him on the list, even if as an inside joke.

No prob, yours is more focused and easier to read then mine, mine is more focused on the entirety of the IDW continuity, not just the current stories

 

Went ahead with a merge... you guys can update your lists to give the readers the best info in one place. You can edit your previous posts to include any different or duplicated information as needed...
However, if you have trouble with getting the lists in some semblance of order, lmk, and we can try to merge posts, etc.

Updated for the annual, I'll be keeping Optimus and Pyra Magna listed as on Cybertron for the foreseeable future, since the book seems to take place after Optimus Prime issue 6. I'm not really sure what to put Bumblebee down as at this point.
