Properties or comic books James Roberts should write

    Can Roberts write everything?

    If they ever start doing DC style animated DTV films, Roberts should write them. He's one of the best if not the best writer we've ever had, besides Barber, Isenberg, or DiTillio & Forward.

    So it would be fair to say that when you said that you didn't really rate Roberts, what you really meant was that you do rate Roberts, but not to "deification" levels that other people seem to?

    I think that's fair enough if so.

    I wouldn't mind him writing a Doctor Who story, get a few new companions in the TARDIS, and you have a blue box that's bigger on the inside full of some blank slates, The Doctor and the ability to go anywhere in space and time. It could be as serious or whimsical or fantasy or drama-ish as he liked and just them interacting on the TARDIS in between would be fantastic and I'm pretty sure he's a fan.
    IDW had the license just last year too :(

    If only the forums had a Like button, I would have clicked it so hard for this comment.

    I'd actually love to see James write a TF cartoon series. As someone else said, they could REALLY use him to salvage the live action movies (though can that be saved even if James wrote the script?)

    Would like to see him write an episode of Sherlock! His Nightbeat is based off Sherlock a little bit anyway.
