1st Post full update. Making room for Ultra Magnus, Skywarp, and Soar. The big shelf is now only MP's. Small shelf will be Prime and Generations.

Scoria is great. Some people have had looseness in the shoulders that you can get free replacement parts from and some looseness in the hips too. Mine doesn't have that problem and I think they are addressing those issues in the Toy version release. At first I thought I'd get the Toy version, but when they announced that it wouldn't have the translucent head and tail I decided to just switch to Toon. I'm in for all the FT Dinobots. That will most likely be the only 3rd party MP's in my MP collection. I really just want a Takara/Hasbro MP collection but Dinobots are an exception.

The shelves are actually the cheapo walmart ones. They kind of look like Ikea Billy's, but only from a distance through a bad camera, HA! I'm waiting a bit before I buy more expensive display shelves. I think I'll just make the jump from the walmart ones to some expensive glass display or custom build and skip the Ikea stuff sometime in the next few years.

 

Ur collection goal is exactly like mine hahah. I've ordered FTs soar and am planning on getting all their dinobots also, And I also plan on only getting those as my third party purchases, and sticking exclusively to Takara for the rest.
Good plan on waiting to get some real kick as displays. I'm building a house and kinda wish I had skipped the ikea stuff and just went with some custom built ins. Now I feel like I need to keep these since I put so much money into them already lol.

 

Decided to box up and sell almost all my non-TF stuff, so I was finally able to bring back my TFPrime (Arcee is with my daughter at the moment). I'll be getting a bigger/taller/better bookshelf in the coming weeks so I can give them more room to "breathe" and bring out some of the exclusives as well. I still really enjoy my TFPrime collection just as much as my MP collection, so it will be nice to pull them out of storage and give them the space they deserve.

Thanks! I also have the MP book with my MP's and when my new shelves come in I intend to put out the Covenant book with the TFPrime display as well. The books add an extra depth to the collection for me.

MP shelf now with Soar and Skywarp. Magnus and Eva Prime should be arriving soon and the new shelves should be here in about 2 weeks.

Recent acquisitions (Eva MP-10 & 4/5 Superion) and projects (shapeways scraplets).

 

Ugh, all the MP's squeezed onto the small shelf while they await their new bigger shelf to arrive and get assembled. Hope it comes soon.

 

Can't wait for the final 2 for a full team plus Alpha Bravo and the Takara version as well.

 

New shelves came in and couldn't be happier. Will update 1st post when I get things better arranged and can take better pics.
