I decided to add my G. I. Joe pictures to this album as well. I will explain if they are anything but American releases. Hope everyone enjoys my Joes and Transformers!

My classic 80s Joe collection about 6 months ago. It has grown since then!

I set up my Beast Wars display so far / other displays in my apartment. Most of my Tfs go in a tub or two.

First shelf: Beast Wars Neo/ Beast Wars II / Waspinator

Then down the line when the toys were released by year (except the happy meal toys)

Then its my bootleg / Dinobots shelf with bug guy from Tmnt and that pesky awesome baboon

Then the only other Tf display I currently got set up:

I am sorry the second shelf is dark. It includes: Powerpinch, the tick guy, the three bug combiners, and the different colored crab in the shadows.

Thanks! I decided to keep them transformed for display purposes. Jazz and the guy from Ruin are in robot mode because I gave up trying to get them into their cars lol

Hopefully not :p  I am liquidating my TMNT collection for this. Luckily I already collect gijoes so I am somewhat used to these kinds of prices. I am trying to make a deal with this local guy. 21 transformers for $80. Hoping against hope lol

I would recommend trying to think of a theme for your collection, or an end-game "goal". Trying to catch them all will not do much for your sanity, and honestly some of the more focused collections are my favourites.
Do what makes you happy though. Best of luck.

You may have a point but so far, besides the new ones that were literally just released, I think the only ones that I really want are G1, Beast Wars / Beast Machines, and Fall of Cybertron. Sadly the G1 and Beast Wars and crazy expensive. Maybe I will focus on G1 first. At least until I can find that damn missing piece to Ruination that I need. Stupid white plane jet thing.

I have to agree with CZ Hazard - though I completely understand the buzz of buying up stuff, there's a world of difference between a "thoughtfully put together and displayed collection" and a "pile of neon-coloured kids toys in a heap on the floor".

Enjoy the buying, but I would start to think about how you want your collection to eventually look. Even just saying "all G1" is a bit too broad at this stage. Think focused but desired e.g. complete set of Dinobots; or all G1 combiners; or season 1 characters etc etc.

I added some new ones to my collection. And of course this photo is out of date because I got Cosmo (g1) in the mail and bought Hoist and Thundercracker for the IDW packs. :'(
